Analysis:

$ \frac{V - V_{out}}{1k} = \frac{V - 0}{1k + 1k} $

Solving, we get $ V_{out} = \frac{V}{2} $

Simulation:

The simulation shows that it is the case, when $ V $ change from 0 to 5, $ V_{out} $ varies linearly with it, and when $ V = 5 $, $ V_{out} = 2.5 $.
