As usual, the voltage of the opamp negative input is driven to 0 by feedback. The current is
$ 1\frac{dV_{in}}{dt} = \frac{-V_{out}}/0.25 $
$ V_{out} = -2.5\frac{dV_{in}}{dt} $
Simulation:
Note that 90 degree out of phase, this is caused by the differentiation.
